Credit Card Policy
Bombshell has obtained a more secure credit card system in an effort to further protect the security of processing cards on site. In an effort to keep our service prices low it is necessary from time to time to make some adjustments. Our new system will charge a small fee for using a card for payment, however, that fee can be completely avoided by using cash at any of our locations.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are charged at 50% and no show appointments are charged at 100%.
Canceling and moving appointments with greater than 24 hours notice incur no fee.

We love children, but due to safety hazards present in our environment such as sharp implements, hot wax, and chemicals, we are unable to accommodate unattended children under the age of 12 in our salon. Nor do our facilities have the capacity to accommodate carriers and strollers.
Minors Under 18 Receiving Services
Anyone under the age of 18 receiving a service for the first time must have a parent or guardian present at the initial appointment to give written consent. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but appreciate your understanding in this matter!
Eek! I’m Afraid!
We understand there is anxiety and nervousness for first time visitors, but due to board standards set by the state of Virginia, only one person may be in a service room at a time.
Hair Re-do Policy
If you are not satisfied with your color or cutting service, you may call within 5 days to express your concerns. A complimentary redo must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service. The redo policy does not cover a change in the original style or color. Full service price applies if you have waited longer than 5 days to call. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist.
Bombshell will not be liable for hair color that has been done outside of our salon. We gladly take Corrective Color clients after a consultation is done and a service plan is formulated by the stylist and signed by the guest. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Due to the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if you have previously colored your hair outside of our salon.
Redo requests, exchange, and refunds will be under the discretion of management approval.
